At these fantastic Columbus, OH ice cream shops, you can indulge in mind-blowing, tongue-freezing, chin-dripping flavors. You may have it in a cone, a cup, with or without sprinkles, as a popsicle, or as frozen yogurt right here in our city. We’re pretty much world-renowned for our fantastic selection of chilled desserts. The Jeep Grand Cherokee will get you there in style and provides plenty of room for a few friends to join you!

Jeni’s Splendid

If you’re in the mood for a frozen delicacy, there’s no better place to start than Jeni’s! The first shop debuted in the North Market in 2002. It immediately became popular in and out of the city, with flavors including Osmanthus & Blackberry Crackle and Middle West Whisky & Pecans. Jeni’s pints are available in numerous grocery shops across the city, and there is typically a wait out the door – so get there early!

Graeter’s

Graeter’s is another local favorite. Graeter’s began in Cincinnati in 1876 and has been delivering exquisite French Pot frozen goodies ever since. There are conventional varieties like vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry at Graeter’s, but there are also more distinctive specialty tastes, including Black Cherry Chocolate Chip and Toffee Chocolate Chip, as well as a range of sorbets.

Johnson’s Real Iced Cream

Since 1950, Johnson’s has been offering classic, wonderful frozen desserts for Columbus residents. Johnson’s has been a fixture in Bexley for decades, and they just opened a second location. Flavors include Blueberry Pie and Salty Caramel Pretzel. You won’t regret a trip (or two) to this renowned establishment and show up early! Lineups are quite common at Johnson’s.

Simply Rolled

Simply Rolled was inspired by Thai street sellers. They make iced cream rolls to request and only utilize local grass-fed and hormone-free dairy products. Over 20 mix-in toppings are available and prepare your taste buds because these incredible flavors include fresh strawberry, apple cobbler, and pumpkin cheesecake. If you’re on a diet, save this one for your cheat day – thank us later.

Diamond’s

For a pleasant culture shock for your tastebuds, head to Diamond’s. This establishment serves fresh traditional Mexican Paletas (popsicles), as well as other frozen desserts and sorbet. They offer approximately 40 different kinds of cream flavors and 70 paleta flavors! Ingredients are sourced locally and the staff put time and love into crafting the most delicious frosty treats. You’ll never get bored of the variety they have to offer.

We hope you’ve enjoyed reading about some of the amazing frozen dessert spots Columbus has to offer. Don’t forget to visit all of them in the comfort and quality of a Chrysler vehicle. Stop by Bob Caldwell CDJR today!
