Every model of the 2023 Jeep Wrangler proudly wears a trail-rated badge. This badge means that the 4X4 has gone through extensive testing to prove its worth on challenging terrain, extreme weather, and harsh conditions. These tests include articulation, water fording, traction, maneuverability, and ground clearance. Read on to learn more about the capabilities and features of the ’23 Jeep Wrangler.

A brand new black 2023 Jeep Wrangler driving down city streets.

The ’23 Jeep Wrangler has legendary 4X4 capabilities. Base models include a Command-Trac part-time 4X4 system that has a 2.72:1 low range that is great at rock crawling. The Selec-Trac 4X4 system is available on select models. It can automatically switch between two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive to maximize efficiency and give you continuous traction when you hit ice, snow, mud, or rain.

The third available 4X4 system is standard on the Wrangler Rubicon. The Rock-Trac system offers more torque and control than the other 4X4 systems. The Rock-Trac 4X4 delivers incredible off-road performance, allowing you to crawl at lower speeds and increase your torque with a 4:1 low-gear ratio.

Clean Up Time

With a vehicle that can play as long and hard as the ’23 Jeep Wrangler, you will have to do some hard-core cleaning. Thankfully this 4X4 is decked out with removable weather-resistant carpeting that is easy to clean after a full day of mudding. The one-way floor drain valves ensure you can take a hose to the inside of this SUV to wash away mud, dirty water, and other debris.

Jeep has included a water-proof press-to-start button on the ’23 Wrangler. This ensures that your press-to-start system is safe, even when you are hosing out the interior of your Wrangler.

Off-Road King

The ’23 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon is the king of all off-road vehicles. This model includes an electronic sway bar disconnect that quickly disconnects your sway bar allowing the front wheels to drop and compress for improved suspension and articulation on rugged terrain. The Rubicon also features Tru-Lok electronic locking differentials on the front and rear of the vehicle to help you evenly distribute power for maximum traction.

Premium Audio

Remove the body and door panels on the ’23 Jeep Wrangler and enjoy the sunshine and starlight with the incredible stereo system in this SUV. The available nine-speaker Alpine premium audio system in the Wrangler features an overhead sound bar with an all-weather subwoofer and a 552-watt amplifier for impressive sound.
